DisputeDriver for Business terms
Last updated October 20, 2026.
1. What this is
DisputeDriver for Business is software, run by THE TFBA LLC ("we"), that a credit repair company ("you") uses to run its own clients: its Work Station, playbooks, letter drafting, mailing and score tracker. We sell you the software. We are not a party to your agreements with your clients, we do not work for your clients, and we do not give them, or you, legal advice.
2. Your clients and the law
You are the credit repair organization for your clients. You alone are responsible for following the Credit Repair Organizations Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Telemarketing Sales Rule, and the laws of each state where you or your clients are, including any registration or bond. That includes, for each client: a written contract signed before any work, the federal disclosure statement, the 3-business-day right to cancel, and never charging for services before they are fully performed.
You must have each client's written permission before adding them, and you add only their true information. Letters must never say accurate information is wrong. A letter drafted by the software is a draft: a person on your team reads it, corrects it, and has the client sign it before it is mailed.
You bill your clients yourself, outside the software. DisputeDriver never charges, collects or holds your clients' money, and has no part in what you charge them.
3. Price
$99.99 a month, billed in advance each month, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the month you paid for. Each month includes 300 AI uses (each letter drafted and each credit report read is one); after that the standard letters are used, and reports can't be read, until the next month. Postage and mailing are paid by you to your own mail service account.
4. Your data and your clients' data
Your clients' records belong to you. We keep them apart from every other company and from our own clients, use them only to run the software for you, and never sell them. Everyone on your team signs in with two-step sign-in. You keep your passwords and your mail service sign-in private, and tell us at once if you think someone got in who should not have. When you close your account, you can download your clients' records first; we delete them after 90 days unless the law requires us to keep them.
5. When we can pause or close an account
We may pause or close an account that is not paid, that is used to break the law or these terms, or that puts consumers at risk. We tell you why, except where the law does not allow it.
6. No promises about results
The software does not promise any result for any client: no removal, score or approval. You must not promise your clients one either. The software is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you is no more than what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not responsible for lost profits or for what you or your clients do.
7. Everything else
New York law applies. We may update these terms and will tell you 30 days before a change takes effect. Questions: support@disputedriver.com.
